Returns & Refunds Policy

13.1 Returns window
Customers can request a return within 2 days of delivery. Returns must meet the eligibility criteria below.
13.2 Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Not eligible for return: opened capsules, promotional items, or sale items
- No exchanges are allowed for flavor swaps or other preferences
13.3 How to start a return
To request a return:
- Contact us with your order number and details of the issue via email or WhatsApp
- Await approval from our support team
- Upon approval, return the item to the address provided by Coffee Tribe
- Coffee Tribe covers return shipping costs for eligible returns
13.4 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: typically 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item)
13.5 Exchanges
- Exchanges are not offered at this stage
13.6 Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened coffee capsules
- Promotional items
- Sale items
