Ingredients
- 1 Nespresso Original capsule (espresso or lungo)
- 100–120 ml milk (whole or oat for best foam)
- Optional: a pinch of cocoa or cinnamon
Steps
- 1Brew a double espresso (or two shots) into your cup.
- 2Heat the milk in a small saucepan or microwave until steaming (do not boil).
- 3Froth the milk with a handheld frother or by shaking in a sealed jar until velvety and smooth.
- 4Pour the frothed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon, then add a thin layer of foam on top.
- 5Dust with cocoa or cinnamon if desired.
